U.S. Mail:

We accept Discover, MasterCard, Visa, Debit and American Express. Unless you are purchasing online, you may also pay for your shoes with a personal check or money order. Please allow 2 extra weeks for your check to clear.

All products purchased on this website are shipped U.S. Postal Service with delivery confirmation service. Other methods are available by calling (503)282-0069, if no answer, please call (503)998-9193. Shipping and handling costs in the U.S. for ballroom and swing shoes are $15/$20 per pair. Please allow 6-8 weeks for production. This may vary, depending upon the time of year and the item or brand being ordered. 

Rush Orders

Special Orders:
To order a style not included in this website, please call us at (503)282-0069, if no answer please call, (503)998-9193. An additional $25.00 minimum charge will apply for all special orders. Deliveries on special orders are usually 10-16 weeks, but can take longer. Special order shoes are not returnable for any reason since they cannot be resold.

Sales Tax:
There is No sales tax in the State of Oregon. Enjoy Tax Free shopping!

Prices are subject to change without notice due to price increases from our suppliers and currency fluctuations.

Exchanges and Returns
Exchanges must be made within 14 days of shipping date, in original box, with stated reason for return. All shoes must be in original condition and must be in original packaging with an outer shipping carton. A $10.00 restocking fee will apply if the original shoe box is damaged and not returned with an outer shipping carton. Store does exchanges only. No refunds. The purchaser is responsible for all shipping costs for returns and exchanges.

Walk-in customers: Merchandise may be returned unsoiled for EXCHANGES only. Purchaser is responsible for all shipping costs.


If shoes are returned after the 14 day time period, and are in new condition, you will be subject to a $15.00 restocking fee. The purchaser is responsible for all shipping costs for exchanges.

Please try your shoes on a clean, soft surface like carpet to prevent soiling of the suede soles. We will happily give in store credit for items returned within 14 days of shipping date, if they:

*Are in the original packaging
*Have not been worn on a hard surface
*Are in like new resalable condition

Special designed shoes may not be returned for either instore credit or exchange.
